REPLACING RESOURCES
Use this form to replace a selected resource with another throughout
your schedule or library.
A single process avoids the need to change each occurrence within each
individual item rate.
For example you may want to replace all occurrences of Bagged Sand with
Bulk Sand

- Select any type of resource in the library or price lists and drop onto the resource to be replaced
To replace a resource:
- Drag the resource from the overlay and drop it onto the resource to be replaced
- After confirmation each occurrance of the resource is replaced
All calculated totals within the items affected are automatically updated by the program.
Tips
Use this function when, for example:
- You find a better/cheaper product
- You use named labour resources (e.g. Jim Smith - joiner) and you employ a replacement
- If you want to replace a resource for a group of library items (rather then the entire library) use the Block Item Resource Replacement function
